How Much Do We Charge?

Don't pay $500 per day for a broker with no accountability for your project timelines. We offer total clarity on your project's cost. Our invoicing structure allows our clients to have no financial risk in securing contracts. You only pay for what you receive. Additionally, our efficient land professionals do not waste time, as they are not paid on an hourly/daily basis. Being motivated by commission, our landmen will meet your project deadlines, providing negotiation updates along the way. We charge the following per executed contract:

Oil & Gas Lease - $1,500.00
Oil & Gas Heirship Lease (30+ Heirs) - $750.00
Surface Use Agreement - $2,250.00
Mineral Buying - $3,000.00
Right of Way (Subsurface) - $1,500.00
Right of Way (Surface) - $3,000.00
Solar Lease - $5,000.00
Wind Lease - $5,000.00
Telecom Lease - $3,000.00
